(CRIME NO.159 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP.6284/2022 dated 21.03.2022 that the petitioners shall report before the investigating officer daily at 10.30am until further orders and pass such further or other order.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.VIJAYARAGAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.MEGANATHAN,Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.6284 of 2022 on 21.03.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
