ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to strike off the suit in O.S.No. 19 of 2025 on the file of the Subordinate Court at Udhagamandalam.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent, who is the plaintiff in the suit, on instructions, submitted that the plaintiff is proposing to withdraw the suit itself. However, in view of the interim order granted in this Civil Revision Petition, the plaintiff is currently unable to do so.

3. In light of the representation made by the learned counsel for the first respondent that the plaintiff intends to withdraw the suit, this Civil Revision Petition is closed, recording the said submission. It is further observed that upon vacating of the interim order and closure of this Civil Revision Petition, the plaintiff may proceed to withdraw the suit on the next date of hearing.

4. It is needless to state that in the event, the suit is not withdrawn as represented, it shall be open to the revision petitioner to mention the matter before this Court and seek restoration of the Civil Revision Petition.
