Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that "they should report before the investigating officer on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" imposed in Crl.M.P.No.3540/2022 dated 23.03.2022 in Crl.O.P.No. 3889/2022 order dated 17.02.2022 on the file of this Hon`ble court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. V.KARNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.A.DAMODARAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No. 3889 of 2022 on 17.02.2022 to appear before Investigating Officer every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
