3667 of 2022 vide order dated 04/04/2022 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.RAJA MOHAMED, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.A.DAMODARAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.4472 of 2022 in Crl.O.P. No.3667 of 2022 on 04.04.2022 to appear before the Investigation Officer on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
