ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.8149/2023/A2 dated 28.10.2023 insofar as placement of the petitioner at Sl.No.24.

Though the petitioner is challenging the order passed by the second respondent dated 28.10.2023 by way of this writ petition, already the petitioner filed appeal as against the said order before the first respondent and it is pending. Therefore, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner restricted his prayer to dispose of the said appeal which is pending on the file of the first respondent.

In view of the above submission, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner as against the order dated 28.10.2023 passed by the second respondent after giving opportunity of hearing, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be 2/4

no order as to costs.
