Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.6.2015, to rectify and correct the mistake in S.No.113/3 C to the extent of 1.14 acres of property belonging to the petitioner in VAO A-Register and FMB Plan.

By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner would state that the property admeasuring to an extent of 1.14 acres in Survey No.113/3C sitauted at Kadampur Village, Gangavalli Taluk, originally belonged to her father and after his demise, she succeeded to the estate and also applied for bank loan from Indian Bank, Gangavalli and it is under process and while applying for the bank loan, she found the typographical error that has crept in in the entries made in the revenue records, as to the extent of land and it has been wrongly mentioned as 0.36 hectares instead of 0.46 hectares and the petitioner, in this regard, has submitted a representation dated 18.6.2015, to the second respondent and though it was received and acknowledged, she has not been favoured with any response and hence, came forward to file this writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.Rm.Muthukumar, learned Government Advocate, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, and without going into the merits of the same, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 18.6.2015, in accordance with law, after putting on notice, the persons concerned, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the persons concerned. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
