3.The petitioner has impleaded the Director General of Police, the Commissioner of Police and the Director, National Commission for Scheduled Caste, Government of India. Under such circumstances, no direction as prayed for can be given by this Court. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the local Police Station and seek redressal as and when there is real threat to his life.
