The petitioner filed the Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent by Proceedings in Circular No.Vaa Va.P1/17484/2018 dated 29.07.2020 and quash the same and further direct the respondents not to demand rent on the basis of G.O.Ms.No.118 House and Urban Development Department dated 04.07.2017 or on the basis of Circular No. Vaa Va.P1/17484/2018 dated 29.07.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw this writ petition without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner.

3. The same is recorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
