Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.ARUN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. 2. Captioned criminal miscellaneous petition is with a prayer for amendment as one provision of law has been inadvertently omitted to be mentioned in the anticipatory bail petition by the learned counsel for petitioner.

3. The prayer is innocuous. The error appears to be inadvertent and the amendment is imperative. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that he has no serious say in the matter.
