Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of certiorarified to call for records relating to the order passed by the 3rd respondent vide her proceedings Se.Mu.Na.Ka. A2/994-3/Si.Vi/2015 dated 30.06.2015 dismissing the petitioner from service and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to reinstate the petitioner to the service with full benefits.
