2.In Paragraph Nos.1 & 2 of the order dated 23.10.2025, the name of the Court and the judge concerned reflected as "Sub Court, Chengalpattu" and "Additional Subordinate Judge, Chengalpattu" respectively, shall stand corrected as "Principal District Court, Chengalpattu" and "Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu".

3.Registry is directed to carry out the aforesaid corrections in the order dated 23.10.2025 and issue a fresh order copy to the parties. Except for 1/3

the aforesaid corrections, the order dated 23.10.2025 remains unaltered in all other respects.
