This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 26 days in filing the present criminal revision petition against the order dated 05.12.2024 passed in C.M.P.No.3326 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranipet.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 26 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
