Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time stipulated by this Hon`ble Court for surrendering before Learned Judicial Magistrate, Prevention of Land Grabbing Special Wing, Salem in Crl.OP.NO. 9453 of 2022 dated 26/04/2022 on the file of this Hon`ble Court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.MARUDHACHALAMURTHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.R.KISHORE KUMAR, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 26.04.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.9453 of 2022 to comply the conditions.
