Today when the matter is taken up the learned Government Advocate appearing for the petitioner / complainant has produced the letter dated 11.8.2014 in C.No.C5/975/27164/2006 written by the Superintendent of Police, Crime Branch CID, North Zone, Chennai to the Public Prosecutor, High Court, Madras, wherein it is stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and there is no need to follow up the Criminal Revision Case.
