ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.03.2024. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 08.03.2024 to provide service road facility abutting retaining walls for its entire stretch on the either side of the 'Road under Bridge' to be constructed in Neikaranpatti - Parali road crossing the Salem-Karur Broad Guage Railways line level crossing Gate No.12, by acquiring land, enabling the petitioner for her ingress and egress from Neikaranpatti - Parali Road to her properties.
3. In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 08.03.2024 will be disposed of by the 2nd respondent within a period of four weeks.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.
5. In view of the above, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.03.2024 on its own merits and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner.
