Op.No. 25383 of 2021 and pass such other or further orders as this Hon`ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.N.ARUNKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.DAMODARAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners on 13.04.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.25383 of 2021 to execute sureties.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 30.05.2022, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
