2.Today (13.04.2022) when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 09.04.2021, a case in Crime No.577 of 2021 has been registered for the offence under Sections 279 & 337 of IPC.
