(CRIME NO.554/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition to report before the respondent Police on Every Monday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m for a period of four Weeks until further orders imposed upon the petitioner in the order dated 01/02/2022 in Crl.O.P.No.2151 of 2022 on the file of this Hon'ble Court and pass such other further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MAYILNATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.DAMODARAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 2151 of 2022 on 01.02.2022 to appear before the Respondent Police on every Monday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks, until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
