ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition on the premise that in the Government school library is being constructed.
2. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 8 submitted that the allegation made by the petitioner is factually incorrect. What is proposed to be constructed is nearer to the panchayat school and not the Government school and that too a public library.
3. In view of the above said submission, we are of the view that the writ petition is liable to be dismissed. The library itself is being constructed by local body. It is not as if the panchayat school is the Government school and therefore the property belongs to the Government. Even the said panchayat school is only a primary school conducting classes from Standard 1 to 5 only.
4. Thus, looking from any perspective, the petitioner has not made out any case. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
