Prayer : This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to issue suitable direction to the respondent herein viz. The Inspector of Police, K8-Arumbakkam Police Station, Chennai to permit the petitioners to comply the order made in Crl.M.P.No.1042 of 2022 dated 15.02.2022 on the file of Learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in accordance with law. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein viz. the Inspector of Police, K8-Arumbakkam Police Station, Chennai to permit the petitioners to comply with the order made in Crl.M.P.No.1042 of 2022 dated 15.02.2022 on the file of Learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are deliberately prevented by the respondent police to sign everyday in the police station as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

per the anticipatory bail order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.1042 of 2022, dated 15.02.2022. Therefore, he seeks to issue direction to the respondent police to allow the petitioners to sign everyday in the police station so as to comply with the above said order.

Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners, having obtained anticipatory bail, breached the conditions and they had also filed an application for relaxation of conditions imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, which was dismissed by the Sessions Court, Chennai. Therefore, the allegation is that the respondent police refused to allow the petitioners to sign in the Police Station.

5. As the petitioners have violated the bail conditions and breached the order of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, there cannot be any direction issued to the respondent police as prayed for by the petitioners.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed and liberty is given to the petitioners to approach the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai for any modification of the order of the Sessions Court.
