Madurai Veeran, No. 61 South Street, Sengulam, Thirumangalam, Madurai 06 Vs The Director General of Police O/o. Director General of Police, Kamarajar Salai, Chennai-04 We have perused the affidavit. The documents pertain to the years 1979, 1981, 1984, 1985, 1990, 1999, one document of 2002 and one document of 2013. These are in the nature of proceedings of the Executive Committee meetings of the stated Police Officers Association for both Madras, Kerala, etc. The petitioner has been agitating this issue throughout and to state that he was not aware of these documents is unacceptable.

2. It can hardly be said that with due diligence still these documents could not be produced before the court earlier. The petitioner having failed in the writ petition now seeks to set up 16 more documents running into 245 pages. We are not satisfied that these documents should now be permitted to be brought on record. The petition is dismissed.
