Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 439(ii) of Cr.P.C., to cancel the bail granted to the 2nd respondent through order dated 04.09.2019 in CMP.No.2342 of 2019 on the file of the Special Judge, Special Court under TNPID Act cases at Coimbatore in Crime No.2 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent. This criminal original petition has been filed to cancel the bail granted to the 2nd respondent by an order dated 04.09.2019 passed in CMP.No.2342 of 2019 by the learned Special Judge, Special Court under TNPID Act cases at Coimbatore in Crime No.2 of 2019, on the file of the first respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the trial Court has granted statutory bail to the 2nd respondent on certain conditions and one among the condition is that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- as cash security and produce his permanent resident proof i.e.nativity certificate. He further submitted that the 2nd respondent complied with the conditions and was released on bail.

4.On perusal of records, there is no materials to show that the 2nd respondent has violated the conditions. 5.In view of the above, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order dated 04.09.2019 passed by the learned Special Judge, Special Court under TNPID Act cases at Coimbatore, in Crl.M.P.No.2342 of 2019. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
