Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in respect of the impugned Charge Memo/F.No.C-1401130/2017-V & L, dated 03.11.2017 issued by the Office of 2nd respondent, Central Board of Direct Taxes, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Government of India, New Delhi, leveling 6 charges against the petitioner and further disciplinary proceedings including the appointment of Inquiring Authority and quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to drop all the charges in pursuant to the charge memo issued.
