Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C prayed to extend the time to comply the condition granted by an order dated 26.05.2021 in Crl.MP.No.2277 of 2021 on the file of before the Principal District Session Judges/Vacation Court at Tiruvallur, " that the petitioner shall surrender before the Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur on 23.06.2021 and shall execute a fresh bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties for a like such each and on depositing a sum of Rs.50,000/- before the said Magistrate to the credit of Crime No.125 of 2021 of Ambattur Estate Police Station. ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) Vide Order dated 26.05.2021 in Crl.MP.2277/2021, the Principal District Court, Tiruvallur had granted bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur on 23.06.2021 and shall execute a fresh bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties for a like sum each and on depositing a sum of Rs.50,000/- before the said Magistrate to the credit of Crime No.125 of 2021 of Ambattur Estate Police Station.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner is allowed and time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. All other conditions remain unaltered.
