2. The learned counsel for the appellant, made an endorsement, indicating that he is withdrawing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

4. We grant two weeks time from today to the appellant, to discharge the entire arrears. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
