O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register FIR on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 19.04.2021.

2.Today (13.04.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint of the petitioner dated 19.04.2021 was enquired in C.No.159 of 2021 and it has been closed as civil in nature on 31.12.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.At this Juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the closure report has not been served on the petitioner.

4.In view of the above, a direction is issued to the second respondent police to furnish the copy of the closure report on the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the closure report, the petitioner is at liberty to file the appropriate protest petition before the Jurisdictional Court. 5.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
