2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the prosecution examined 6 witnesses as PW1 to PW6. Now, the matter is posted for examination of the Investigating Officer. After commencement of trial, this Court cannot consider quashing the entire proceedings.
