The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.101 of 2010 presently pending on the file of the second respondent police and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the compromise letter submitted by the parties, the case in Crime No.101 of 2010 was closed vide RCS No.106 of 2013 dated 30.03.2013.
