2.The petitioner claiming to be the Dharmakartha of Madhura Alikuppam Kaliamman Temple situated at Alikuppam, Cuddalore Post, Cheyur Taluk, Kanchipuram District, submitted an application dated 14.7.2015, to the respondent praying for permission to conduct the cultural programme, which includes song and dance programme, to be held on 1.8.2015, and since he has not been favoured with any kind of response, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, would submit that in the event of permission being granted, there will be no law and order problem, and no obscenity or vulgarity will be in place during such programme, and hence, prays for appropriate orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.This Court, without going into the merits of the application, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application dated 14.7.2015, in accordance with law, on or before 31.7.2015, and inform the decision taken, to the petitioner.
