ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 506 (II) IPC and Section 11(1) and 12 of POCSO Act, 2012 in Cr.No.6 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is alleged to have forced the defacto complainant's daughter to have love affair with him. It is also alleged that the petitioner had threatened the victim girl with dire consequences.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.Heard the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

5.This Court perused the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. It reveals that the petitioner has sent obscene messages and photographs to the victim girl and has forced her to have love affair with him. Considering the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
