Prayer:- This Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Court Act of 1971 of Civil Procedure Code to punish the respondents herein for their willfully disobedience of this High Court's order dated 16.11.2018 in W.P.No.30205 of 2018.

ORDER

This Contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 16.11.2018 in W.P.No.30205 of 2018.

2. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 16.11.2018, the respondents have taken steps and the application filed by the petitioner has been numbered as O.P.No.4 of 2019. Admittedly, the date of next hearing is on 12.06.2019.

3. Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader (H.R & C.E) appearing for respondents 1 to 3 and 5 and

Mr.N.Inbanathan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the fourth respondent seek a short accommodation for disposing of the above said petition.

4. Accordingly, time is extended till 31.07.2019 to dispose of the said O.P.No.4 of 2019 on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties.

5. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition is closed.
