This case is taken up through video conferencing. 2.

By order dated 25.04.2019, this Court had directed the trial Court to complete the trial in Spl.S.C.No.19 of 2019 within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Since the trial Court was not able to comply with it, the Principal Sessions Judge, Salem, has sent a communication dated 19.05.2020, seeking a further period of six months to dispose of the said case.

Accepting the reasons given by the Principal Sessions Judge, Salem, further period of six months time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for completing the trial in Spl.S.C.No.19 of 2019. 01.09.2020 nsd 2/4
