This petition is filed to condone the delay of 6 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has no objection to this petition being allowed.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
