Mugappair East, Chennai - 600 037, Division No.92 and Zone No.VII, by violating the Plan sanctioned by Chennai Corporation, violating the Drainage System and also encroaching upon the roads of Tilak Street and Dinesh Street, thereby put up construction thereon.

(Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL,J.) The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement in the present Writ Petition to the effect that 'this Petition is not pressed as withdrawn at this stage with liberty to file it in future'.

Recording the aforesaid fact and the endorsement so made, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to move this Court, if situation so warrants/need be, in a given case.
