O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the II Additional Family Court, Chennai to dispose of M.C.No.530 of 2014 expeditiously.

2. The petitioner has filed M.C.No.530 2014 under Section 125 of Cr.P.C., against the respondent and the same is pending on the file II Additional Family Court, Chennai. While so, the petitioner has filed the present petition with the above prayer.

3. Pursuant to the order dated 16.04.2018 passed by this Court, the learned III Addditional Principal Judge, FAC to II Additional Family Court, Chennai- 104, has sent a report dated 26.05.2018, wherein it is stated that the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre at the request of the parties and therefore, there was no progress in the matter.

4. Accepting the report, this Court directs the learned II Additional Family Court, Chennai- 104, to complete the proceedings in M.C.No.530 of 2014, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
