Senthamarai ..Respondent/Respondent This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the learned II Additional Family Judge, Chennai, to speed up the Divorce Petition in HMOP.No. 4081 of 2017 and dispose of the same within a stipulated time.

The above Civil Revision Petition is filed for an early disposal of H.M.O.P.No.4081 of 2017, pending on the file of the learned Second Additional Family Court, Chennai. From the "A Diary Extract", it is seen that the matter has been pending for counseling and ultimately, counseling had failed on 14.12.2008 and the matter was send back to the Court and records had been received by the learned Family Court, only on 07.02.2019.

Meanwhile, there are two interlocutory applications, one filed by the husband in I.A.No. 747 of 2018 for return of the articles given by him and the wife has similarly filed an application in I.A.No.1 of 2019 and without disposal of these interlocutory applications, HMOP.No. 4081 of 2017, cannot be proceeded with. Therefore, the learned Second Additional Family Judge at Chennai is directed to dispose of the interlocutory applications within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
