This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.484 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, there is a counter case in Crime No.485 of 2015.

4. Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed to expeditiously complete the investigation in Crime No.484 of 2015 and 485 of 2015 and take action in accordance with law.
