To permit amendment of short cause title in the plaint in C.S.No.427 of 2015 by amending the 2nd defendant from new Hindustan Petro Chemicals, Gadag, Karnataka 582120 to Satish Honahalli, Proprietor, New Hindustan Petro Chemicals, Gadag, Karnataka 582120.

ii). To permit amendment of the description of the 2nd Defendant in the long cause title as well as the Statement of Address under Order VI Rule 14-A of CPC of Plaint in C.S.No.427 of 2015. iii). To permit amendment of the short cause title in the A.No.5474 of 2016 by amending the 2nd Respondent From New Hindustan Petro Chemicals, Gadag, Karnataka 582 120 To Satish Honahalli, Proprietor, New Hindustan Petro Chemicals, Gadag, Karnataka 582120.

iv). To permit amendment of the short cause title in the A.No.2398 of 2020 by amending the 2nd Respondent From New Hindustan Petro Chemicals, Gadag, Karnataka 582 120 To Satish Honahalli, Proprietor, New Hindustan Petro Chemicals, Gadag, Karnataka 582120.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the Applications being ordered. Accordingly, the above Applications are ordered as prayed for. The plaintiff shall carry out the amendments and file amended copy of the plaint.
