This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 41 days in filing the appeal against the judgment dated 10.12.2024 passed in STC No.78 of 2018 by the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Coonoor.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 41 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
