This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to register a case on a complaint given by the petitioner on 02.07.2015 and to investigate the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. It appears that two vehicles were involved in the accident, in connection with which, the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.396 of 2015 under Sections 279, 337 IPC., against this petitioner's brother, on a complaint given by one Auto driver. However, on a counter complaint given by this petitioner on 02.07.2015, enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed. 4. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
