ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 341, 302 and 506(ii) IPC in Cr.No.199 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant has lodged a police complaint before the law enforcing agency alleging that his son was murdered by A1 along with other accused persons and specific allegation against the petitioner herein is that he helped with the main accused.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been wrongly implicated in this case and prays for grant of bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that this is the second bail petition filed by the petitioner and there are fourteen previous cases pending against the petitioner herein and there is no change of circumstances.

5. Considering the fact that there are already fourteen previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
