ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, Kancheepuram District to dispose of the case in CC No.1487 of 2009, pending on his file, within the time limit that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that in CC No.1487 of 2009, after completion of trial, the petitioner was acquitted from the charges framed against him.
