ORDER

This review application has been filed to clarify the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.9293 of 2014, dated 18.2.2015. The clarification sought for is only with regard to the direction issued by this Court in paragraph No.7 of the order. Paragraph No.7 of the order reads as follows:

"7. In the light of the above, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to comply with all requirements as per regulation 2014 by downloading the application from the web-site of the respondent-NCTE and submit the application along with the copy of this order to the second respondent. The petitioner shall also enclose one more set of document, which have to be furnished along with earlier application as well as comply with the other requirements under New Regulation 2014. As and when the application is filed by the petitioner, under New Regulation, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the application in all respects and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law."

2.It is submitted that pursuant to the order passed by the Honourable Supreme Court, the applicants/Institutions are entitled to pursue their old application under the New Regulations. 3.In the light of the order passed by the Honourable Supreme Court, the applicant/writ petitioner is entitled to pursue its application dated 26.12.2012 and the same shall be considered under the New Regulations. Accordingly, paragraph No.7 of the order, dated 18.2.2015, passed in W.P.No.9293 of 2014 shall stand substituted as follows:

"7. In the light of the above, there will be a direction to the respondents/NCTE to consider the petitioner's application dated 26.12.2012 under the New Regulation, 2014, on merits and in accordance with law."

4. The review application is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
