The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 25 of the Tamilnadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1960 to set aside the fair and decretal orders dated 11.07.2017 passed in RCA.No.2 of 2013 on the file of Rent Control Appellate Authority / II Additional Sub Court, Villupuram, partly confirming the fair and decretal orders dated 04.02.2013 in RCOP.No.18 of 2007 before the Rent Controller / Principal District Munsif, Villupuram.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the fair and decretal orders dated 11.07.2017 passed in RCA.No.2 of 2013 on the file of Rent Control Appellate Authority / II Additional Sub Court, Villupuram, partly confirming the fair and decretal orders dated 04.02.2013 in RCOP.No.18 of 2007 before the Rent Controller / Principal District Munsif, Villupuram.

Earlier, the learned counsel for the petitioner had submitted that the sole petitioner in the civil revision petition died long back. On so many occasions, this Court adjourned the civil revision petition to implead the legal heirs of the sole deceased petitioner. Even till today, the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner did not take any step to implead themselves as party to the present civil revision petition. It shows that they have no interest to proceed with the present civil revision petition.

Therefore, this civil revision petition is dismissed for default. However, the legal heirs of the sole deceased petitioner are at liberty to restore the civil revision petition, if so advised.
