3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, no complaint given by the petitioner herein is pending before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

M.K.B.Nagar Police Station, Chennai - 39 or Sembiam Police Station, Perambur, Chennai.

4. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to lodge a fresh complaint before the second respondent and on such complaint being given, the same shall be considered in accordance with law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
