This petition has been filed to relax the condition that 'the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., till framing of charges and thereafter on the date fixed by the learned Judge' imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28541 of 2024 dated 15.11.2024. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition even once. Hence, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition in para no.7(b) imposed by this Court on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28541 of 2024 dated 15.11.2024.
