Judge Summons under Order XIV Rule 8 of O.S. Rules read with Section 12 of Guardian and Wards Act, 1890, praying to direct the respondent to cause to produce the minor child namely Nilan Maaran.V aged about 1 year to the petitioner for temporary/interim custody of the child about every Monday to Wednesday (3 days) in a week including over stay at night with the applicant/petitioner pending disposal of the main petition. Prayer in A.No.4567 of 2024:

Judge Summons under Order XIV Rule 8 of O.S. Rules read with Section 12 of Guardian and Wards Act, 1890, praying to direct the respondent to cause to produce the minor child namely Nilan Maaran.V aged about 1 year to the petitioner for visiting the minor child for about every week days of Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11 AM to 6 PM hours in

presence of family members along with the applicant/petitioner and pending disposal of the main petition.

Mr. T.N.Rangesh Kanna (1409/1999) (in both applications) COMMON ORDER This Court by order dated 20.02.2025, had granted visitation of the minor child to the applicant/father on every Friday.

2. The said visitation permitted by this Court is being carried on without any dispute.

3. Therefore, this Court feels that there is no necessity in keeping the present applications pending.

4. However, a request has been made by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant to modify the venue, which was indicated in the order dated 20.02.2025.

5. In such view of the matter, both the applications in A.Nos.3668 & 4567 of 2024 in O.P.No.353 of 2024 stand disposed of with the direction, giving visitation right to the applicant/father to meet the child on every Friday at VR Mall, Anna Nagar between 12:00 Noon and 03:00 p.m.

6. The said visitation right shall be continued till the disposal of the original petition.
