ORDER
This writ petition has been filed even without awaiting for the outcome of the directions issued by this Court on 12.01.2026 in WP No.50524 of 2025 filed by the very same petitioner. In the said writ petition, the District Collector was directed to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation seeking for removal of the alleged erroneous entry describing the petitioner's land as "Natham Kali (vacant) land" instead of "punja land", within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

In this writ petition, the petitioner contends that the 6th respondent is attempting to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the very same property. Unless and until a decision is taken by the District Collector pursuant to the direction issued by this Court on 12.01.2026 in WP No.50524 of 2025, the rights of the petitioner cannot be determined. Therefore, this writ petition cannot be entertained at this stage. 3.
For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings depending upon the outcome of the decision taken by the District Collector pursuant to the directions issued by this Court in WP No.50524 of 2025 dated 12.01.2026.
