2. When the matter was called on 25.06.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence the matter was adjourned to 25.06.2021 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today when the matter is called, once again there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
