This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the complaints dated 23.08.2015 and 25.08.2015 filed by the petitioner, to investigate and file a final report before the competent Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that petition enquiry is pending with the second respondent on the complaint dated 23.08.2015 and that the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry .

4. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the second respondent Police is directed to expeditiously conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with law as per the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari V. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
